Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after they are placed.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended. We’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
- Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $75 (after discounts, before taxes).
- Delivery times vary by destination but are typically 5-7 business days after processing.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Locations
- Currently, we ship within the United States.
- International shipping is not available at this time but may be offered in the future.
Missing or Delayed Packages
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check the tracking information provided.
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.

Damaged or Lost Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days at hello@eviepark.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us for support. Please note that Evie & Park is not responsible for errors in shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Changes to Your Order
- Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at hello@eviepark.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO
- We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times may vary for these locations.
